Smoked Hickory Infused Honey

This honey reminds you of cooking on the grill.  In winter substitute this for ketchup on sandwiches.  Use this as a marinade on your steaks, roasts of all kinds.  Add 1/2 C of your favorite vinegar with a 1/2 C of the smoked honey, bring to a boil then simmer for a few minutes, allow to cool for a delicious dip or use immediately as a marinade.
